Bac Pham, a well-respected Carman in Ottawa, recently suffered a severe stroke on August 24, only two months before his planned retirement.
Bac is well known among many of our members who work into Ottawa for his kindness, work ethic, and positive attitude. A GoFundMe has been organized by his friend Pierre Christoff to help with the cost of a wheelchair, ramp, and other recovery expenses.
